📋 Description

• Lead establishment and maturity of a healthcare data governance program at provincial/system-wide
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, standards, decision rights, accountability
• Provide strategic leadership across governance, privacy, analytics, digital health, and planning.
• Establish governance structures clarifying ownership, accountability, decisions, and
• Partner with government leaders, healthcare executives, clinicians, technical teams, operations
• Develop digital health strategies and roadmaps supporting system-wide transformation.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Healthcare Sciences, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health
• 10+ years leading Canadian healthcare data governance strategy at provincial/territorial level.
• 10+ years of public-sector healthcare leadership experience with data/digital health.
• 5+ years engaging privacy departments and privacy officers on policies and PIA.
• 8+ years of stakeholder management across clinical, business, and technical domains.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and executive stakeholder management.
