📋 Description

• Confidently facilitate delivery sessions of our technical Learning content, ensuring the session
• Adhere to the Coach Quality framework to ensure a consistent level of quality for every session and
• Create a vibrant, inclusive and motivating environment that drives apprentice learning, engagement
• Moderate assignments in line with mark schemes to ensure quality and consistency while providing
• Maintain an owners mentality, whether assigned a learner or in support of other coaches, being
• Regularly liaise with coaches to align on apprentice interventions to ensure successful completion

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and on-camera communication and presentation skills.
• Skillfully adjust communication approaches to explain complex concepts to technical and
• Think critically and solve problems as they arise, especially in an online classroom setting.
• Committed to continuous professional development and staying current with industry trends.
• Proficient in at least two of the following: Excel for BI, Tableau, Power BI.
• Skilled in SQL and ideally Python, demonstrated through real-world projects.
