Own end-to-end dashboards for the assigned function across sources.
Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and BI products (Power BI or equivalent).
Define and govern KPIs and metrics for your business area.
Partner with stakeholders to translate questions into analytical requirements.
QA data outputs; validate inputs and transformations.
Maintain a single source of truth for reporting; manage release control.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years in data analytics, BI, or data intelligence roles.
Strong SQL skills and Power BI dashboard experience.
Experience with large datasets across multiple systems.
Define and govern KPI/metrics frameworks.
Excellent communication to non-technical stakeholders.
