Data Intelligence Specialist (Collections & New Businesses)

📋 Description

• Data foundation: Model and build the data layer that supports collections in each new initiative —
• Map available source data for each new product or vertical, assess gaps, and specify what must be
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across the pod's assets, including validation
• Maintain and evolve the pod's data assets as initiatives scale and requirements change.
• Build and maintain the dashboards through which each new initiative's collections performance is
• Structure the recurring reporting routines that feed the pod's management rituals and the

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Analytics, or BI roles.
• Prior experience in Credit, Collections, or Recovery areas, with working knowledge of the domain's
• Advanced SQL and demonstrated ownership of production dashboards used for recurring business
• Proven track record building data structures and dashboards from the ground up, in contexts where
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities, working alongside initiatives still being defined.
• Strong plus: Python for analysis and automation; experience with dbt, Airflow, or equivalent
