Data/Lakehouse Architect - FHIR & Clinical Data

📋 Description

• Lead the architecture and implementation of a modern enterprise lakehouse, defining raw/bronze
• Design and implement batch, near-real-time, and event-driven ingestion pipelines for clinical
• Transform heterogeneous clinical feeds into governed transactional and analytical structures using
• Establish robust data-quality controls covering validation, reconciliation, deduplication
• Implement enterprise metadata, lineage, cataloging, provenance, retention, and traceability
• Coordinate lakehouse integration with FHIR platforms, API layers, master data and patient identity

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience mapping unstandardized clinical data feeds into cloud-hosted transactional
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering or data architecture, including AWS, ingestion
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex healthcare source data into governed, production-grade
• Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS data services and cloud-based data architecture, particularly AWS
• Strong understanding of canonical and FHIR-aligned healthcare data modeling and interoperability
• Experience working with complex clinical data and heterogeneous healthcare source systems.
