Data Lead - Advanced Primary Care Management

📋 Description

• Own analytics strategy for Cadence’s digital primary care program.
• Define outcomes/KPIs; surface insights from vitals and EHR data.
• Design/build core data models in dbt; maintain Snowflake/Fivetran/dbt.
• Deliver analytics across pipeline to modeling, staffing, revenue forecasting.
• Build dashboards to monitor growth, outcomes, and value for partners.
• Embed AI with high-value use cases; promote LLM-enabled workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years with SQL; building analytics, reports, dashboards.
• Proficiency with Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt (or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (Math, Stats, Econ, CS) or equivalent.
• Strong statistics/data analysis; translate findings for varied audiences.
• Experience with clinical/health data (vitals, EHR, outcomes).
• LLM APIs, prompt engineering, AI tools; explain AI care models to stakeholders.
