Data Migration Engineer

📋 Description

• Understand nonprofit data needs and migrate fundraising data to Virtuous
• Map, join, transform, and clean large data sets with SQL
• Align legacy data with Virtuous CRM for best fit
• Collaborate with internal teams on migration strategy and tooling
• Manage data migrations with deadlines and clear customer communications

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Data Migration and/or a SQL/dbt environment
• Experience writing complex SQL scripts and transformations
• Experience with dbt
• Deep knowledge of database design, setup, and maintenance
• Strong written and oral communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Experience with API integrations is a plus
