🎯 Requirements

University degree in statistics, maths, economics, or a technical field.
Strong English (written and spoken) at least B2.
Open mindset to learn the technical side of the operations platform.
Ability to work cross-functionally with several teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects with changing deadlines.
Programming knowledge (e.g., macros, SQL, R, Python) is a plus.
