Data Operations Engineer, X-Layer

📋 Description

• Operate data platform components (Alibaba DataWorks, MaxCompute, Hologres).
• Monitor reliability, performance, and cloud cost.
• Respond to incidents and drive long-term fixes.
• Automate health checks, releases, scaling, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with data engineering, data warehouse, BI, and cloud vendors.
• Improve platform reliability and efficiency across multi-cloud stacks.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in data platform operations, SRE, or cloud infra.
• Experience with AWS or Alibaba Cloud.
• Hands-on with big data/cloud platforms (MaxCompute/ODPS, Hologres, Databricks, StarRocks, Flink).
• Strong SQL; troubleshoot data issues and performance problems.
• Linux fundamentals and scripting (Shell, Python).
• Monitoring expertise with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Datadog, or OpenSearch.
