📋 Description

• Lead daily data operations and ensure SLA-compliant delivery.
• Oversee vendor and customer master data setup and governance.
• Perform QA reviews, validate docs, and approve requests accurately.
• Act as SME for master data operations and best practices.
• Coordinate audits with evidence and timely closure of findings.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and process optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 7–15 years experience, at least 5 in finance ops, procurement, audit, or controls.
• Strong knowledge of vendor and customer master data management and governance.
• Experience with SAP, MDG, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated experience supporting audits, controls, and governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams.
