📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts on data requirements.
• Develop and operate real-time streaming (Kafka, Flink, Spark) with low latency.
• Define data models and schemas for analytics-ready storage.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability.
• Mentor junior data engineers and promote best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Info Systems/Data Engineering; masters preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in data or software engineering.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 8+ years managing digital projects for SOF Enterprise customers.
• Experience mentoring and leading data teams.
• Preferred: 3 years managing SOF agile dev and SOF Data Operations.
