🎯 Requirements

8-15 years in architecting and operating large-scale data integrations in the cloud.
Deep streaming: Kafka, Flink, Debezium; stateful processing and exactly-once.
AWS proficiency; extensive cloud experience.
Data observability: freshness, distribution, schema, and lineage in real-time healthcare.
Healthcare domain: HIPAA, ePHI, secure data exchange.
SQL and Python expert; Java basics.
