📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, engineering, and operations of enterprise data platforms, ensuring scalable
• Drive platform modernization, automation, observability, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across AWS EMR, Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL, and cloud-based
• Partner with architecture, security, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver resilient and
• Establish engineering standards, governance, reliability, performance, security, and compliance
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Data Platform Engineering, Big Data, Cloud Platforms, or related
• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS EMR, Apache Spark, Hadoop ecosystem technologies, NoSQL
• Proven experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Terraform, Jenkins, Git-based workflows, and Python
• Strong knowledge of observability, monitoring, performance tuning, capacity planning, operational
• Experience with GenAI, AI-native tools, intelligent automation, AI-enabled data platforms, cloud
