🎯 Requirements

10+ years in data analytics; 3+ years at director/principal level
Proven track record building/scaling data practice with P&L ownership and GTM
Experience delivering complex data engagements: engineering, analytics, cloud, AI/ML readiness
Deep expertise in Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS (Redshift/S3); AWS cert preferred
Data governance, MDM, architecture, cloud-native platforms, AI/ML readiness
Executive presence; engage C-suite; build client relationships
