📋 Description

  • Own and drive privacy program pillars (RoPA, training/awareness) incl. AI Act alignment.
  • Lead DPIAs and privacy risk assessments for AI systems per EU AI Act.
  • Manage cross-functional privacy projects intersecting data protection and AI rules.
  • Draft and negotiate Data Processing/Sharing Agreements with third parties.
  • Oversee end-to-end handling of data breach incidents and reporting.
  • Be the primary privacy contact for HR, Marketing, Legal, Security, Compliance.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in data privacy or data protection with program management.
  • Bachelor's degree in law, economics, or business; master's desirable.
  • Expert knowledge of EU/UK GDPR; knowledge of other global laws and EU AI Act.
  • Experience conducting DPIAs and privacy risk assessments and monitoring.
  • Experience implementing multi-jurisdictional compliance programs.
  • Strong OneTrust Privacy Management platform knowledge.
