Data Privacy Manager

📋 Description

• Own and drive privacy program pillars (RoPA, Training & Awareness) for AI Act.
• Lead DPIAs and privacy risk assessments, incl. AI under EU AI Act.
• Manage cross-functional privacy compliance projects, incl. EU AI Act.
• Draft and negotiate Data Processing/Sharing Agreements with third parties.
• Oversee end-to-end Data Breach handling; reporting to Deputy DPO.
• Serve as privacy contact for HR, Marketing, Legal, Security, Compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in data privacy or data protection, incl. program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in law, economics or business administration; Master’s desirable.
• Expert EU/UK GDPR knowledge; familiarity with AI Act and other laws.
• Proven DPIAs and privacy risk assessments; AI systems experience.
• Experience implementing multi-jurisdictional privacy programs.
• Strong OneTrust Privacy Management platform knowledge.
