Data Privacy Officer

📋 Description

• Own and improve Privacy Program end-to-end.
• Lead the Privacy Team and governance.
• Monitor privacy compliance across locations and processes.
• Manage DPIAs, LIAs, TIAs and mitigations.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to embed Privacy by Design for AI.
• Lead privacy audits, risk assessments and training.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant international data protection/privacy experience in SaaS/tech.
• Practical experience as a DPO or similar privacy role.
• Deep knowledge of GDPR and US privacy regulations (CCPA/CPRA).
• Experience managing privacy programs for data processors (DPAs).
• Strong understanding of AI data privacy implications.
• CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM or equivalent certification is a plus.
