Data Privacy Officer

📋 Description

• Own, maintain and improve Pipedrive's Privacy Program end to end.
• Create, implement, and coordinate privacy policies, processes and docs.
• Lead the Privacy Team.
• Monitor and apply privacy requirements across all locations.
• Evaluate activities across departments to assess compliance risks and controls.
• Define objectives for compliance that align with business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant international data protection/privacy experience in SaaS/tech.
• Practical experience as a data protection officer or similar privacy role.
• Deep knowledge of GDPR and US privacy regs (CCPA/CPRA).
• Experience managing privacy programs for data processors, incl. sub-processors and DPAs.
• Strong understanding of how AI/ML systems use data and related privacy concerns.
• Experience applying Privacy by Design to software and AI feature development.
