Data Privacy Officer

📋 Description

• Own and evolve Pipedrive’s Privacy Program end-to-end with policies, processes, metrics.
• Lead the Privacy Team and oversee retention schedules and data management.
• Monitor privacy compliance across all locations and sales channels.
• Conduct DPIAs, LIAs, and TIAs; advise on mitigating controls.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to embed Privacy by Design in AI.
• Develop and deliver privacy, AI, and data compliance training.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant international privacy experience in SaaS/tech.
• Practical experience as a DPO or similar privacy role.
• Deep knowledge of GDPR and US privacy regs (CCPA/CPRA).
• Managing privacy programs for data processors, sub-processors, DPAs.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML data usage and privacy implications.
• Experience applying Privacy by Design to software and AI.
