Data Privacy Officer

📋 Description

• Own, maintain and improve privacy program end-to-end.
• Oversee DPIAs, LIAs and TIAs with risk-based measures.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to embed privacy by design.
• Lead the privacy team and drive governance across the org.
• Monitor GDPR and US privacy regs; manage vendors and data flows.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant international privacy exp in SaaS/tech.
• Practical experience as a DPO or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of GDPR and US regs (CCPA/CPRA).
• Experience managing privacy programs incl sub-processor mgmt & DPAs.
• Strong program mgmt, stakeholder alignment and audit readiness.
• ISO 27701 familiarity or privacy certs a plus; CIPP/CIPM a plus.
