📋 Description

• Implement data privacy governance per NDPA 2023.
• Set NDPA 2023 standards and procedures.
• Lead Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
• Liaise with regulators and coordinate audits.
• Oversee data breach response and regulator inquiries.
• Deliver privacy training for staff and vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, IT, CS, BA, or related field.
• Master’s in information security or law highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in data protection/compliance with NDPA.
• Proven track record in DPIAs, audits, and data breach responses.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CIPM, CIPP, CPT, CDPSE, or CDPO preferred.
