Data & Process Consultant

📋 Description

• Apply methodology to specify, analyze, design, and implement business processes
• Lead projects and initiatives, providing substantive guidance to teams
• Translate complex organizational structures into workable solutions
• Develop product breakdown structures for large-scale programs (budgets €3–50 million)
• Model business processes using BPM tools and perform simulations
• Advise clients on process design, operational excellence, and digital transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Information Management, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in process consulting, data consulting, or digital transformation
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in BPM, data modeling, and performance measurement
• Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), SQL, or data analysis tools is a plus
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
