📋 Description

• Apply our methodology to efficiently specify, analyze, design, and implement business processes.
• Independently lead projects and initiatives, providing substantive guidance to teams of
• Translate complex organizational structures into understandable, workable solutions and ensure
• Develop product breakdown structures for large-scale, long-term programs (budgets ranging from
• Model business processes using BPM tools and perform simulations and analyses for optimization.
• Advise clients on best practices in process design, operational excellence, and digital

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Information Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in process consulting, data consulting, or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in BPM, data modeling, and performance measurement.
• Proficient with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), SQL, or data analysis tools is a plus.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
