📋 Description

• Apply Sia's methodology to specify, analyze, design, and implement business processes
• Independently lead projects and initiatives, providing guidance to teams
• Translate complex organizational structures into understandable, workable solutions
• Develop product breakdown structures for large-scale programs (budgets €3-50 million)
• Model business processes using BPM tools; perform simulations and analyses for optimization
• Advise clients on best practices in process design, operational excellence, and digital

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Information Management, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in process consulting, data consulting, or digital transformation
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in BPM, data modeling, and performance measurement
• Proficient with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), SQL, or data analysis tools is a plus
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics; ability to quickly build expertise
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
