📋 Description

• Apply Sia's methodology to specify, analyze, design, and implement business processes.
• Lead projects and initiatives with substantive guidance to teams.
• Translate complex organizational structures into workable solutions.
• Develop product breakdown structures for large-scale programs (budgets €3–50 million).
• Model business processes using BPM tools; perform simulations for optimization.
• Advise clients on process design, operational excellence, and digital transformation.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Information Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in process consulting, data consulting, or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in BPM, data modeling, and performance measurement.
• Proficient with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), SQL, or data analysis tools is a plus.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
