🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, data operations, or consulting.
• 4+ years of SQL, Python, PySpark, or similar languages.
• Experience using sample or panel data to guide decisions.
• Ability to learn new data methodologies quickly.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple projects.
