📋 Description

• Define and lead the multi-year Marketing Data Products & Platforms strategy and roadmap
• Partner across Marketing, Analytics, Data, Technology, and Business leadership teams to shape and
• Participate and represent data in Marketing's analytics modernization strategy, ensuring
• Champion the adoption of trusted, reusable, and well-governed data products that improve
• Drive the transition from fragmented data assets toward standardized 'gold' data products that
• Leverage analytics, AI, and emerging data capabilities to enhance marketing performance, customer

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (8-10 years) in Product Management, preferably in the data platform or big data
• Deep understanding of data products, analytics operating models, enterprise data strategy, and
• Experience leveraging analytics, AI, and customer insights to improve marketing effectiveness
• Knowledge of marketing, customer, digital, activation, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Experience translating complex business and customer needs into actionable insights and measurable
• Ability to balance strategic vision with execution and drive enterprise adoption of data products
