Data Product Lead

📋 Description

• Own the Data team’s priorities, request intake, and triage, and facilitate team rituals such as
• Conduct hands-on analysis, build dashboards and business cases, and deliver recommendations that
• Prepare data insights for recurring business reports, including weekly reporting and Monthly
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define tracking plans and success metrics in product
• Translate stakeholder questions into clear specifications, metric definitions, and acceptance
• Review and validate analyses, dashboards, and datasets to ensure accuracy, quality, and reliability

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data product
• Expert-level SQL skills, with the ability to independently query, validate, investigate, and
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Omni, Superset, or
• Strong business and product acumen, with a track record of using data to uncover revenue, pricing
• Sufficient technical depth to collaborate effectively with data engineers and discuss data
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to work across Product
