📋 Description

• Manage the entire lifecycle of data products from ideation to optimization
• Provide data analysis supporting business and digital product growth through data visualization
• Lead cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and analytics specialists
• Attract, retain, and develop top data talents while mentoring and training team members
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand data needs and priorities
• Prioritize tasks and define the roadmap balancing competing stakeholder demands

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent level of English C1 or above
• Spanish communication (reading, writing, speaking) mandatory
• Experience working with international clients
• Proficiency with PowerBI
• Strong work in customer segmentation
• Strong strategic thinking and product mindset
