Data Product Manager - Team Lead

📋 Description

• Lead BU Data Products across Growth, Operations, and Finance, aligned with roadmaps.
• Partner with leaders, Engineering, Analytics, BI, Data Governance, to deliver scalable data products.
• Lead product discovery to identify high-value use cases; translate to requirements and plans.
• Drive data lifecycle from discovery to post-launch measurement.
• Build and mature the BU Data Products operating model: intake, governance, docs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a globally distributed team of Data Product Managers.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Data, Analytics, or Data Platform Product Management.
• Proven experience leading and developing distributed or remote data product teams.
• Strong product mindset—prioritization, discovery, requirements, and adoption.
• Familiar with cloud data platforms, data warehouses, modeling, semantic layers, and BI ecosystems.
• Strong data governance knowledge: ownership, metadata, lineage, access, quality.
• Hands-on with BI tools (Looker/Power BI/Tableau) and modeling tools (dbt, Cube, AtScale).
