Data Protection Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a privacy team; set priorities and review deliverables.
• Drive the privacy framework, policies, and governance improvements.
• Maintain RoPA, privacy risk registers, and DPAs.
• Ensure GDPR and other data protection compliance; monitor developments.
• Develop and manage DPA templates and rollout across the business.
• Oversee DSR processes and coordinate regulatory responses.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Law, Data Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years in data privacy or information security.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small privacy team.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and another privacy framework.
• Understanding AML/KYC requirements in regulated industries.
• Hands-on privacy program experience: DPAs, DPIAs, and DSRs.
