Data Protection Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a privacy team; set priorities; review deliverables.
• Drive implementation and governance of the privacy framework, policies, and controls.
• Maintain RoPA, DPIAs, DSR processes; ensure regulatory alignment.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and monitor regulatory developments.
• Develop and manage DPA templates across the business.
• Promote privacy-by-design across lifecycles.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management or Law (Privacy) or equivalent.
• 5+ years in data privacy or information security compliance.
• Experience leading or mentoring a privacy team.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and CCPA plus another framework.
• Hands-on DPIA and DSR experience; privacy program delivery.
• Familiarity with privacy platforms and data governance tools; excellent communication.
