📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a privacy team; set priorities and develop staff.
• Drive privacy framework, policies, and governance improvements.
• Maintain RoPA, DPIAs, and privacy risk registers.
• Ensure GDPR/compliance and monitor regulatory developments.
• Develop and manage DPA templates and oversee implementation.
• Oversee DSR processes and coordinate responses.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Law or related field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in data privacy, information security compliance.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small privacy team.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and CCPA; familiarity with another framework.
• Hands-on DPIAs, DSRs, and privacy program implementation.
• Familiarity with privacy management platforms and data governance tools.
