Data Protection Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a privacy team; set priorities and deliverables.
• Drive privacy framework, policies, governance processes.
• Maintain RoPA, DPIAs, and privacy risk registers.
• Ensure GDPR compliance; monitor regulatory developments and suggest improvements.
• Develop and manage DPA templates; oversee implementation.
• Oversee DSR processes and coordinate regulatory responses.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Law (privacy), Data Science, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in data privacy or information security compliance.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and at least one other privacy framework.
• Hands-on experience implementing privacy programs, DPIAs, and DSRs.
• Familiarity with privacy management platforms and data governance tools.
