Data Protection Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a privacy team; set priorities; review deliverables; mentor staff.
• Drive privacy framework implementation and governance across the org.
• Maintain RoPA, privacy risk registers, and DPIAs.
• Ensure GDPR compliance; monitor regulatory developments; propose improvements.
• Develop and manage DPA templates; oversee organization-wide adoption.
• Oversee DSR processes and coordinate responses per regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management or Law with privacy focus, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in data privacy or information security compliance.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small privacy team.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and another privacy framework.
• Hands-on experience with DPIAs and DSR processes.
• Certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT are an advantage.
