Deliver Data Quality Remediation & Transformation Plan (RTP) for BCBS239.
Implement DQ Management Standard 2.0 across domains.
Perform data profiling, validation, and reconciliation across banking datasets.
Identify data quality issues (completeness, accuracy, timeliness) and escalate to stakeholders.
Support IMR (Issue Management & Remediation) tracking and closure.
Develop and maintain DQ dashboards and reports for management.

🎯 Requirements

8-10 years of experience in Data Quality / Data Governance / IMR / Data Management
Strong knowledge of banking domain (Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting)
Hands-on SQL for data analysis and validation
Experience with Collibra, Informatica DQ, Ab Initio or similar DQ tools
Data profiling, data cleansing, and data reconciliation
RCA and issue management (IMR/Jira/ServiceNow) and data governance frameworks
