📋 Description

• Lead investigations into data quality issues and root causes.
• Develop and maintain data quality controls, reviews, SOPs.
• Create reporting frameworks and metrics to monitor data health.
• Leverage automation and AI-assisted workflows to improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to implement solutions.
• Build and mentor a team of data quality analysts as we scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data quality, data operations, analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with root cause analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL, spreadsheets, and BI/reporting tools.
• Experience designing and improving data processes, quality controls, and workflows.
• Familiarity with automation tools, AI-assisted workflows, or human-review systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across teams.
