Data Reporting and Analytics Lead

📋 Description

• Lead design/integration of dashboards, self-service reporting, and analytics.
• Translate business needs into report designs, semantic models, datasets.
• Develop/enhance dashboards and reports using BI tools; ensure usability.
• Implement and validate SQL logic, calculations, and metrics.
• Coordinate data replication, integrations, and feeds for reporting.
• Partner with data engineering to improve data quality and readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced enterprise reporting/analytics design and delivery.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and data transformations for large-scale analytics.
• Extensive BI experience (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of analytical data models, semantic layers, dashboards.
• Experience in regulated/high-sensitivity environments and governance.
• Able to translate complex data into actionable insights; strong communication.
