📋 Description

• Design, evolve, and oversee AI/ML architecture for automated compliance workflows.
• Design LLM-powered retrieval and validation pipelines (RAG).
• Establish evaluation benchmarks and continuous improvement for AI systems.
• Develop explainability, traceability, and validation for regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with ML Eng, Backend Eng to productionize AI components.
• Lead decisions on embeddings, vector DBs, retrieval strategies, and AI infra.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Data Science and production AI systems.
• Proven experience deploying LLM-based solutions in production.
• Practical experience with RAG architectures and LLM-driven retrieval.
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and pipelines.
• Strong Python skills with modern ML/AI frameworks.
• Experience designing model evaluation, benchmarking, and validation.
