Data Science Manager

📋 Description

• Strategic data partner for Treatment Experience and Hinge Select.
• Own data roadmap for CV (Motion Insights), Enso, and RAIN.
• Lead analytics strategy for Hinge Select hybrid care.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Data Scientists (4 direct reports).
• Drive Product Data Quality: metrics, instrumentation (Mixpanel), dbt in Databricks.
• Oversee experimentation with Statsig; design complex experiments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent.
• 2-4+ years in Data Science, Product Analytics, or related.
• 2+ years people management or 2+ years as Tech Lead with mentorship.
• Strong SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Deep understanding of experimentation (A/B testing, causal inference) and statistics.
• Experience with dbt, Databricks, Airflow, BI tools; translate concepts for execs.
