📋 Description

• Own the strategy and roadmaps for AdTech/Auction and KAYAK’s shared Experimentation Platform
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of experienced Data Scientists based in Concord
• Drive technical direction across modeling, experimentation, and ML solutions, providing guidance
• Evolve and simplify the Experimentation Platform, ensuring scalable shared capabilities and clear
• Turn business challenges into measurable outcomes, guiding the development, evaluation, and
• Champion rigorous experimentation and data-driven decision-making, ensuring reliable results

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical foundations in statistics, machine learning, software engineering, and systems
• Demonstrated experience delivering impactful ML solutions in production environments, with a clear
• Meaningful people leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and
• Ability to lead across organizational boundaries, building alignment, navigating competing
• Strong ownership, judgment, and systems thinking, with the ability to navigate technical, cost
• Fluency with AI-assisted workflows, leveraging modern tools to improve productivity and quality
