• Manage, coach, and develop Data Science Leads across multiple teams.
• Support Leads in planning, prioritisation, and delivery of high-quality forecasting models.
• Help set and maintain a high bar in technical standards, code practices, and documentation across
• Identify and address capacity, capability, or performance challenges across the department.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Engineering counterparts to maintain efficient team operations.

• Skilled in aligning delivery across multiple projects, sports, or technical domains.
• Strong technical background in model development and deployment, with the ability to support and
