📋 Description

• Lead and coach four data scientists across Canva's GTM Sales and CS
• Set team priorities with Sales, CS, Marketing and RevOps leaders
• Own the analytics roadmap: pipeline generation, forecast, health scoring
• Build productionized data products and durable data assets
• Scale impact with AI: churn alerts and self-serve analytics
• Present analyses to senior leaders with punchy narratives

🎯 Requirements

• Years of data science/analytics in B2B SaaS or GTM
• Experience coaching or leading teams
• Strong SQL (Snowflake or equivalent) and dbt modeling
• Proficiency with BI tools (Mode, Looker)
• Track record shipping data products that shift Sales/CS
• Clear communication to senior commercial leaders
