📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of high-performing data scientists; mentor them to think like product and
• Support end-to-end delivery of models powering product features (e.g., scheduling, hiring, payroll
• Champion experimentation: design A/B and multivariate tests that help us move faster and make
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design to ensure data and AI are embedded into user
• Serve as a trusted thought partner to cross-functional leaders, product managers, and executive

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data science, applied machine learning, or AI product development
• 2+ years in a people leadership role, mentoring and growing data scientists
• Strong background in machine learning (optimization, traditional ML, or frontier models)
• Proven track record of shipping ML models into production
• Proficient in SQL and Python
• Strong people leader with a focus on growth, empathy, and impact
