• Model digital twin electric networks from imperfect data using AI, deep learning, and ML.
• Surface analytics like wildfire risk to guide grid buildout.
• Advise on data insights to inform Neara’s strategy.
• Conduct experiments and A/B tests to improve grid modeling.
• QA and improve predictive models; detect data issues like drift or leakage.
• Craft scalable data pipelines for LiDAR, imagery, GIS data sources.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience at technical, data-driven companies; geospatial or power grid experience a
• Strong data intuition, good communication, and ability to share findings with customers and leaders.
• Experience with AI/ML and data modeling.
• Experience translating models into experiments and deployable software.
• Proficiency in data storage and ETL tech: Parquet, Databricks, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Spark
• Comfort with AWS cloud environment.
