🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years AI experience with LLMs and production models
PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, MLflow/Weights & Biases
Model testing frameworks, evaluation, validation, documentation
ML pipelines, feature engineering, model serving (batch/real-time)
Git, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Jupyter
