📋 Description

• Develop, validate, and maintain models for fraud detection and banking analytics.
• Build real-time and near-real-time scoring pipelines with event streams (Kafka, Pub/Sub).
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and product teams to translate regulatory needs into model
• Construct and maintain feature stores with entity-level aggregations and signal features.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data science/analytics for fraud or banking domains.
• Strong proficiency in Python; experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow and ML tooling.
• Experience with MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow) and building production ML systems.
• Hands-on with SQL and data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) and cloud platforms
• Familiarity with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and governance for Responsible AI.
• Excellent collaboration and ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
