🎯 Requirements

• Strong ML/statistics background with Python & SQL coding.
• Experience designing end-to-end ML systems and production MLOps.
• Ability to write production-grade code and maintain live models.
• Track record in numerical optimization, DP/drift monitoring, and robust tooling.
• Familiarity with Databricks or modern ML data ecosystems is a plus.
• Collaborative leadership and ability to mentor junior teammates.
