🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years experience with degree; or 6+ with master; or PhD with 3+
• Advanced SQL and Python; full-stack ETL to visualization
• Strong statistics: experiment design, causal inference, funnel/cohort analysis
• Proven track record delivering large projects end-to-end
• Strong critical thinking; balance speed and caution on high-stakes problems
• Exceptional communication; present to executives; translate to non-tech
• Excitement for AI; curiosity about applying AI to data work
• Curiosity about unfamiliar data; empathetic partner to frontline teams
