📋 Description

• Build models and data products for production: Subscriber Views and Metrics.
• Solve modeling problems to unlock new capabilities: attribution, sports data, generative models.
• Explore large datasets to identify trends and ship features; optimize Python code.
• Build LLM-powered pipelines and agents with validated evals and pass/fail checks.
• Use agentic coding tools daily: plan, test, review, and deliver well-documented code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and clearly explain technical decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years building ML models and data products in Python, from prototype to production.
• Expert Python with strong OOP and production-grade software design.
• Solid ML concepts; model building, usage, and evaluation.
• Strong SQL skills with large, complex datasets.
• Git experience; comfortable in cloud (GCP) with BigQuery for data processing.
• Excellent problem-solving; debugging distributed systems; performance-focused.
